RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Good Grace Garments, each item is created with care and attention to quality. We want you to love your purchase, and we're committed to making things right if there's an issue with your order.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:
• Be unworn, unwashed, and unused.
• Have original tags attached (if applicable).
• Be free from stains, odors, pet hair, or any signs of wear.
• Be returned in their original condition.
Items that do not meet these requirements may be refused.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are not eligible for return:
• Custom or personalized products.
• Final sale or clearance items.
• Gift cards.
• Any item showing signs of wear or use.
SIZE EXCHANGES
If you need a different size, we are happy to offer an exchange within 30 days of delivery, subject to product availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the exchange is due to our error.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Your order number.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photos showing the problem.
Upon review, we will provide a replacement, store credit, or refund at no additional cost.
REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
